Bookings

You can book either by emailing us  or by calling us on 8389 8348 during normal business hours.

Please note the following:

All new customers are requested to pay their account at the commencement of their pet’s stay.

During school holidays the minimum boarding fee is $100.

If you are planning an extended stay (2 weeks or more) we strongly recommend that you consider purchasing additional exercise sessions. 

We recognize that some dogs will have particular needs - if your dog requires medication or is on a special diet please advise us.  Special requirements may attract an extra charge.

Opening Times

We are closed on Sundays.  Dogs may be picked up and delivered on a Sunday but you will need to adhere strictly to whatever time we have arranged with you. 

For the rest of the week we are open between 9 - 5.  
Please note that unless you have negotiated alternative arrangements with us we will not open the kennels outside of these hours - it is neither fair on the dogs nor on us.

Public Holidays - we are closed on public holidays.


Payment

We do not have credit card facilities - all payments to be either cheque, cash or EFT.  If you wish to pay by EFT please advise us and we will forward our banking details to you. 

Hot Weather

Please note that on days where the forecast temperature is above 38 degrees we may arrange to  pick up and deliver during the cool of the evening this is done not for our convenience but for the comfort of your pet - there is no extra charge for this service.
