Rates

Our rates are calculated on nightly basis.  All dogs are given a hydrobath prior to departure - if you do not wish for your  dog to receive a hydrobath please let us know in advance.
Our boarding fees for both dogs and cats include:  all bedding and food.  In the case of dogs one walk is scheduled on a daily basis.  All dogs are also given a run in the enclosure.

Additional services:

  • Extra walks – recommended for long term stays – dogs receive an extra 20 minute walk
  • Medicine – where pets need medication a small fee may be incurred depending on what is required
  • Playtime – all pets can receive extra one to one care in the form of personalised playtime


Holidays

Advance bookings for all school holidays are strongly recommended.  All holiday bookings need to be confirmed with a $100 deposit.

Payment

Unless alternative arrangements have been made we usually require payment in full upon arrival.  Please view our conditions for more information.
